Damaged Items

- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@allnztrading.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.
 - Please provide details and photos of the damaged item, along with your order number.
 - We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

Returns

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
 - To initiate a return, please contact us at info@allnztrading.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
 - Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
 - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
 - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
